The Confidence track starts from a different premise: the student is capable, but something has gone wrong somewhere. Maybe a difficult year with a teacher who moved too fast. Vague report card feedback like "needs to work on fractions" doesn't help. What these students need is a proper diagnosis and a rebuild that makes genuine sense to them.
